8:00 – 9:00
This class is 60 minutes of high-intensity metabolic conditioning focused on purposeful movements and neuromuscular training. 
Including a comprehensive dynamic warm up with core and glute activations as well as a cool down stretch sequence.
This class is for anyone striving to gain muscular strength while challenging their cardiovascular endurance. 
This class is ideal for those who enjoy pushing themselves physically!

9:15 – 10:15
This class is all about empowering women! Helping them build strength so they can move through the rest of their day with power, ease and grace.
Just like PivotFit, this is a 60 minute high-intensity metabolic conditioning class focused on purposeful movements and neuromuscular training JUST for women. 
This class is for any woman who wants to gain muscular strength all while supporting their fellow sister and fostering a sense of community.

10:30 – 11:30
Core for the FLOOR
This class is all about learning how to engage your pelvic floor and proper breathing techniques, This is way more than just kegals and it is for all women not just for those who are pre or post natal! 
This class is ideal for women who are looking to improve their overall core strength, Reconditioning these muscles will help eliminate dysfunctions and improve movement quality

11:45 – 12:45
This class is a mixture of challenging your proprioception as well as relaxing and rejuvenating stretching sequences. During the balance component you will be doing movements that encourages a strong stimulus for the brain to adapt and learn. In the stretching component you will learn how to accurately stretch sore or tight muscles using breathing skills and proper body positioning 
This class is a slower pace and ideal for those wanting to create a strong sense of body awareness.
