Pivot Health and Wellness Workshops: Healthy New Year’s Resolutions – Improving well being one day at a time!

 A new year is here!  It almost seems like we can start all over, finally become that productive, healthy, happy person we’ve always wanted to be.  Lifestyle changes can happen at anytime of year, but New Year’s has a special appeal.  Not only is it a blank calendar – a chance for a fresh start, it also arrives after a month filled with overeating and spending more time on shopping than on being active.  This makes people feel bad.  Although feeling bad is a very powerful motivator, it’s not a long lasting one.  Come to our workshop for some “resolution secrets” on how to improve your diet and exercise regime and make sure those resolutions become your 2010 lifestyle changes! 

 Registration is free, but “silent” donations for the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be accepted.
