Classes

To better support our patients, Pivot has added several programs of focused, small group classes, tailored to clients including:
The Strong Dancer for dancers, arming them with the tools to address the particular and continuous demands that dance places on the body.
Pivot Strength and Conditioning provides specialized exercises for small groups including classes for teens, women, core conditioning and balance.

SUNDAY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Join us Sundays from 8am – 2pm for a classes including pivotFIT, pivotSHE, Core for the Floor, Balance & Strength and Pivot Teen. All levels welcome.

STRONG DANCER

Pivotdancer is bringing science into the studio. Educating dancers with physical and educational tools will empower them to leap higher in dance and life. Giving dance educators the tools to confidently support their dancers will differentiate them in all aspects of their teaching.

PIVOT DANCER ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Pivotdancer is a platform for dancers, dance educators and parents to access dance experts, share concerns, and discover solutions for a healthy dance experience.
