STOTT PILATES Certification
Wendy discovered Pilates during a minor back injury, she decided to continue to explore further. She was amazed at how Pilates taught her how to connect the mind to the body and how this crossed over into other athletic endeavours where she experienced great progress and improvements.
Wendy decided to take the full STOTT PILATES certification in 2017. Now as an instructor, she applies her creativity in a different way, using her eye to better understand how others move, and to create movement that the body needs. She loves to continually learn and finds teaching very rewarding. There’s nothing more gratifying to her than helping others achieve their fitness and rehab goals.
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pivot Strength & Conditioning : Sundays 8:00am – 2:00pm
Pivotdancer: Saturdays 8:00am – 9:00am
