A 60-minute, in-person strength and conditioning class designed specifically for women in midlife. Taught by a certified athletic therapist, each session blends functional movement, strength training, and stability work to support bone health, joint protection, balance, and lasting energy. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, managing aches and pains, or simply looking to move with more confidence, this class offers expert-led, evidence-informed movement in a supportive environment.
Drop-in format at Pivot Sport Mimico: Mondays at 2 PM and Saturdays at 11 AM. $35 + HST per class.
