Dr. Christopher Wavell is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with a clinical interest in sports medicine, musculoskeletal health, and exercise-based care. His interest in movement and human performance began through sport and led him to study Kinesiology at McMaster before completing medical school at Western University. This was followed by residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto. His practice includes the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and nerve conditions, electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG/NCS), and image-guided interventions. He takes an active approach to rehabilitation and believes exercise and movement are important components of recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health. Outside of medicine, he enjoys weightlifting, running, tennis, golf, and generally finding an excuse to stay active.
