Katie graduated from McGill University in 2009, bringing 17 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on orthopedic and sports injuries. A lifelong soccer player and runner, she understands the importance of staying active and is passionate about helping people return to the activities and sports they love.
For over a decade, Katie worked within high-performance sport, working as the physiotherapist for Canada’s national teams in artistic swimming, Paralympic swimming, and canoe kayak. Her experience included supporting athletes at the highest level of international competition, including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
Katie holds a Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy and a Fellowship in Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), reflecting advanced training in sports and orthopedic physiotherapy. Her clinical interests include sports injury rehabilitation, return to sport, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.
Katie is bilingual in English and French and enjoys working with people of all activity levels, from recreational athletes to high-performance competitors.
