Registered Physiotherapist

Katie graduated from McGill University in 2009 and has been passionate about helping people stay active and perform at their best ever since. Growing up, she was an avid soccer player and first gained experience in the field while working as a student therapist with the McGill Women’s Soccer Team.

After graduation, Katie spent five years in a private sports medicine clinic, working with a wide range of clients from the general public. She then joined the Institut national du sport du Québec, where she worked with Canada’s high-performance national teams, including artistic swimming, Paralympic swimming, and canoe kayak. Her role involved extensive travel and supporting athletes on the world stage, including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

During this time, Katie completed both her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy and her Fellowship in Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), credentials that reflect her advanced expertise in assessment and treatment or orthopedic and sports injuries.

Having recently relocated back to Toronto to be closer to family, Katie is excited to bring her experience from high-performance sport to the community. She is passionate about helping clients of all levels recover from injury, stay healthy, and achieve their personal goals.
