Registered Kinesiologist, Osteopathic Manual Therapist
Luke Cattet is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist and Kinesiologist with over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, athlete development, and rehabilitation. A former varsity track and field athlete at Western University, Luke first applied his kinesiology training by creating strength and conditioning programs for athletes in Trinidad & Tobago, which later led him to support the country’s athletes at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto.
After completing his Diploma in Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2016, Luke joined the medical staff of the Curaçao Men’s National Soccer and Baseball Teams. There, he developed injury-prevention protocols and communication systems that improved collaboration between coaches, players, and medical staff, contributing to the teams’ success while reducing injuries. His leadership and expertise earned him promotion to Clinical Supervisor, where he expanded his focus to education and mentorship for coaches, trainers, and therapists.
In 2023, Luke completed a Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia. His research on injury prevention for youth pitchers was published in The Health & Fitness Journal of Canada. He most recently finished his High Performance Specialization from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Today, Luke combines his background in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and high-performance training to deliver tailored care, education, and support to a diverse clientele.
When not in clinic, you can find Luke trail running, mountain biking, or hanging out with his family on the beach.
